郊区关系，我们所提供的网络只限在【老房子咖啡厅】才有信号，其他院内区域偏弱或无信号，请见谅。
露营范围大小为20ft X20ft (目测容纳1个3-4人帐篷, 周边还有小空间)。
4岁以下孩童免费，4岁以上孩童将按位计算。
此房型需自备帐篷，恕无法增添床褥服务。
免费早餐将按付费人数提供。
严禁将区内或公共物品携出或破坏，否则将要求原价赔偿并依法追究责任。
为维护住宿品质，严禁在露营区内抽烟 (包括电子烟)。如需抽煙的朋友，请至指定地区吸菸。
烦请使用公共设施用具和空间后，务必收拾清洁，以方便下一位使用者。
烧烤用具可免费租借，但须提前预约。
由于园区也对马来友族开放，所以园区内禁食猪肉或携带任何猪肉相关的食品，违规者将被罚款。

Due to the suburban location, the provided internet signal is only available at the "Old House Café," and other areas within the property have weak or no signal. We apologize for any inconvenience.
The camping area measures 20ft x 20ft (suitable for a 3-4 person tent with some additional space around it).
Children under 4 years old stay for free; children 4 years and older will be charged per person.
Guests need to bring their own tent. Additional bedding services cannot be provided.
Free breakfast will be provided based on the number of paying guests.
Removing or damaging items from the area or public spaces is strictly prohibited. Offenders will be required to compensate at the original price and may face legal action.
To maintain the quality of accommodation, smoking (including vape) is strictly prohibited in the camping area. Guests who wish to smoke should do so in designated areas.
Please clean and tidy up any used public facilities and spaces to ensure convenience for the next user.
Barbeque equipment is available for free rental but must be reserved in advance.
As the Forest Neighbours is also open to Malay guests, pork and pork-related products are not allowed. Violators will be fined.

订房程序：
先确保入宿的房型、日期有空位，请查阅该房型内的日历表；
确认有空位后，请 WhatsApp 给我们您的资讯，登记人姓名、电话号码、入宿日期、入宿天数及人数；
客服确认资料及应付数额后，请在24小时内完成转账手续，并将付款证明转发客服；
若无法在 24 小时内收到汇款，该房间的保留权将自动取消，客服将不另行通知。
成功订房后，您将会收到客服回传的【确认资讯】、【入宿明细】及导航。
若客服在确认订单以后的 24 小时内没有收到汇款，该房间的保留权将自动取消，客服也将不另行通知。
