1. 郊区关系，我们所提供的网络只限在【老房子咖啡厅】才有信号，其他院内区域偏弱或无信号，请见谅。

2. 此房型是4人帐篷，恕无法增添床褥服务。

3. 严禁将客房内或公共物品携出或破坏，否则将要求原价赔偿并依法追究责任。

4. 为维护住宿品质，入内请脱鞋，严禁抽烟 (包括电子烟)。如需抽煙的朋友，请至指定区域吸菸。

5. 烦请使用公共设施用具和空间后，务必收拾清洁，以方便下一位使用者。

6. 烧烤用具可免费租借，但须提前预约。

7. 停車场免费供旅客使用，但个人贵重物品请自行保管，遗失无法归咎。

8. 青树邻有湖泊及河流等水域，避免发生危险，如有随行的小朋友，家长请自行多留意孩子安全。

9. 爱地球，提醒您自行准备牙膏、牙刷、梳子、浴帽、棉花棒、刮鬍刀和大小毛巾 (^-^ )

10. 由于园区也对马来友族开放，所以园区内禁食猪肉或携带任何猪肉相关的食品，违规者将被罚款。

Facility Notes:

1. Due to the suburban location, the provided internet signal is only available at the "Old House Café," and other areas within the property have weak or no signal. We apologize for any inconvenience.

2. The tent is designed for 4 people, and additional bedding services cannot be provided.

3. Removing or damaging any items from the guestroom or common areas is strictly prohibited. Offenders will be required to compensate at the original price and may face legal action.

4. To maintain the quality of accommodation, please remove your shoes inside the house and refrain from smoking indoors (including vape). Guests who wish to smoke should do so outside.

5. Please clean and tidy up any used facilities and spaces for the convenience of the next user.

6. Barbeque equipment is available for free rental, but reservations must be made in advance.

7. Parking is free for guests, but please take care of your valuables, as we are not responsible for any loss.

8. The whole compound is near a lake and rivers, so please ensure the safety of children if they are accompanying you.

9. For environmental reasons, please bring your own toothpaste, toothbrush, comb, shower cap, cotton swabs, razor, and towels (^-^ ).

10. As the Forest Neighbours is also open to our Malay friends, pork or pork-related products are not allowed. Violators will be fined.
