设备说明：

1. 由于位处偏郊区，园区内暂时无法提供无线网络服务。大部分电讯台的移动网络可正常使用，唯信号可能较不稳定，请见谅。 

2. 此房型是2人套房，为确保客户入宿品质，建议最多入住3人（此房型无法提供加床服务） 。

3. 若房屋超过3人，小孩满5岁以上，将征收RM100元住宿費 (费用包括早餐)。

4. 严禁将客房内或公共物品带出房间或造成破坏，否则将要求原价赔偿。若发现蓄意破坏者则依法追究责任。

5. 为了维护住宿品质，屋内请脱鞋，严禁室内抽烟 (包括电子烟)。如需吸烟的朋友，则请至户外吸烟。

6. 在使用共用设施、用具和空间后，务必收拾清洁，以方便下一位使用者。

7. 烧烤用具可免费租借，但须提前预约（若需提供木炭及火种则额外收费） 。

8. 停車场免费供旅客使用，但个人贵重物品请自行保管，若有遗失本园概不负责 。

9. 青树邻有湖泊及河流等水域，为避免发生危险，如有随行的小朋友，家长请自行多留心孩子的安全。

10. 爱地球，提醒您自行准备牙膏、牙刷、梳子、浴帽、棉花棒、刮鬍刀和大小毛巾 (^-^ )。

11. 由于园区也对马来友族开放，所以园区内禁食猪肉或携带任何猪肉相关的食品，违规者将被罚款。

Facility Notes:

1. Due to our accomodation located in a remote area, we are currently unable to provide WIFI within the park. Most mobile network service are within signal coverage, but the signal may be unstable. Thank you for your understanding.

2. This room type is a 2-person suite, to ensure a high-quality stay experience, we recommend a maximum occupancy of 3 guests. Please note that extra beds are not available for this room type.  

3. If the house exceeds 3 people, an accommodation fee of RM100 per child over 5 years old will be charged (including 1 pax of breakfast). 

4. Removing or damaging any items from the guestroom or common areas is strictly prohibited. Offenders will be required to compensate at the original price and if intentional damage is found, legal action may be taken. 

5. To maintain the quality of accommodation, please remove your shoes inside the house and refrain from smoking indoors (including vape). Guests who wish to smoke should do so outside.

6. Please clean and tidy up any used facilities and spaces for the convenience of the next user.

7. Barbeque equipment is available for free rental, but reservations must be made in advance.

8. Parking is free for guests, but please take care of your valuables, as we are not responsible for any loss.

9. The whole compound is near a lake and rivers. To prevent any accidents, parents are advised to keep a close eye on children for safety. 

10. For environmental reasons, please bring your own toothpaste, toothbrush, comb, shower cap, cotton swabs, razor, and towels (^-^ ).

11. As the Forest Neighbours is also open to our Malay friends, pork or pork-related products are not allowed. Violators will be fined.
